WHO WE ARE

Restoration work, done the way it should be documented

Miami Restoration Pros started in 2011 doing what most restoration companies here started doing after a bad storm season: pulling water out of houses that nobody else could get to quickly enough. The part we kept building on afterwards was the part customers kept asking for — someone who would also put the house back together.

Today the same crews handle both halves of the job. Emergency mitigation at two in the morning, and the drywall, tile and paint that follow weeks later. It is a slower way to grow a company and a much easier way to explain to a homeowner who is standing in a wet hallway wondering who to trust.

What we will not do

Restoration has a reputation problem in South Florida, and it is not entirely undeserved. These are the practices we have decided to stay away from, and you are welcome to hold us to them.

We do not ask you to sign an assignment of benefits to start work.
We do not sell you clearance testing on a job we remediated ourselves.
We do not tear out flooring before the moisture readings justify it.
We do not leave equipment running longer than the drying log supports.
We do not quote a rebuild over the phone without seeing the structure.

You reach a coordinator, not a queue. We take the address, the type of loss and gate or elevator access, then dispatch the closest crew.

On-site assessment

We map the moisture with meters and thermal imaging, photograph everything, and show you what is wet, what is salvageable and what has to come out.

Stabilise and contain

Water extraction, board-up, containment barriers and negative air come first, so the damage stops spreading while the paperwork is still being written.

Dry, clean and monitor

Air movers and commercial dehumidifiers run on a documented drying plan. We log readings daily until the structure hits target moisture content.

Repair and hand back

Drywall, trim, flooring, cabinetry and paint go back in. You get the full photo and moisture log for your insurer before we leave.
